No returns on beauty products - Zoya/Qtica, Blinc, Coloronpro,etc. Please note if you are ordering Zoya Polishes online, we try our best to get the picture to match the color as we can possible. We recommend you know the color you are choosing or try in stores!

Purchased items are determined Unreturnable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. Returns must be made 15 days from the day of receipt for Refund or Exchange. For refunds you will be refunded the amount minus shipping cost, we do not reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning. For exchanges you will be charged the shipping costs of reship the item. Recommended to ship items back with a tracking number, we are not responsible for lost packages/returned/damaged items good idea to insure.
